We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi on the 1st shift team. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for store deliveries. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
