1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling store orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
