1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, catering to our growing customer base. This part-time position offers competitive starting wages ($23.75 per hour) for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
