1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stockers to join ALDI. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock and preparing merchandise for shipment. The position offers a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, with schedules including options like Schedule D, Schedule A2, and Schedule B.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and physical environments.
