1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and selecting incoming stock to fulfill store orders. You will play a key role in relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Collaboration, communication, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any concerns to management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
