Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate product stocking for our stores. Our warehouse environment is dynamic, and we provide comprehensive training to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by strategically loading and unloading merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members and provide feedback for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to challenges, and drive for success.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
