We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety issues.
• Operate within safety guidelines and report concerns promptly.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Efficiently organizes work and executes tasks with precision.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds and move them throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Engage in various physical activities in temperature-varying environments.
