Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker! As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our dedicated teams work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to our continuous growth and success.

Position Type

Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Interact effectively with peers and provide input to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work well in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment
