Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Inspect product quality and provide input for process improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift objects up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
