1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, stocking, and preparing merchandise for shipment within the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety, taking necessary actions.
• Operate within delegated responsibilities to achieve warehouse goals.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment and work in varying temperatures.
