Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. This full-time position offers a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour, with various scheduling options to accommodate different preferences.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns promptly.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
