1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
