1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI, a leading company in the industry. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in stocking, organizing, and maintaining merchandise to ensure efficient order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment. Unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work effectively in team settings.
