Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise strategically, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
