1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI, a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The position offers a competitive starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, and various shift options to accommodate different schedules.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, and product integrity concern.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
