1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in efficiently receiving and relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring optimal inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning duties to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, positive, and resilient behavior.
• Ability to perform within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
