1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
