1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker in a full-time position with the opportunity to work between 30-35 hours per week, starting with a competitive wage ranging from $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in alignment with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unloading.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts as per guidelines.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and highlight safety concerns.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and perform warehouse tasks.
