Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker
Company: Aldi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $22.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 1st Shift - 8:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise in the warehouse based on handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, loads, and unloads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning and inventory tasks as required.
• Collaborates with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Has excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, etc.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
