1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise accurately for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and follows instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and basic arithmetic abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent movement within the warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working in various temperatures and with industrial equipment.
