Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders. Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock accurately.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for optimal productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Perform various physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Operate equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
