1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes, inspect product quality, and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and adapt positively to challenges.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures and environments.
