Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of products to our stores and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
