1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in selecting, receiving, relocating, and organizing merchandise to fulfill store orders efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards, inventory management, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. If you are detail-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment, and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequently move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
