Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties including selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory management. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
- Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product for quality and safety.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
