Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing products for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and cooperating with colleagues and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
