1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain safety and appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies, including conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency in organization and execution.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment. Work in varying temperatures and environments.
