1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on shift differentials. The role involves various schedules, such as A1, A2, B, C, and D, each with unique work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and product quality.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to adhere to company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
