1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers up to $25.00 per hour and an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and place up to 45 pounds of product
- Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely
