1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently hiring for 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. We have multiple schedules available including Schedule D, Schedule A2, and Schedule B. Your responsibilities will include selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with peers and warehouse management. In this role, you will need to be able to work both independently and within a team environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and effectively communicate.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
