Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
