Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member and be part of our warehouse operations ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our hardworking teams work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training for success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and contribute to process improvement.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines for equipment operation.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Acts Conscientiously, Collaborates and Cooperates with Team, Demonstrates Positive Attitude and Resilience, Drives for Success, Organizes and Executes with Efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
