Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and integrity in work.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
