Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a part-time member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, ultimately contributing to a seamless experience for our customers. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will be part of a team dedicated to excellence and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic guidelines.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, team collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Drive for success, organize efficiently, and execute tasks accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work effectively in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
