Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving stock, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment.
