1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership. This role requires individuals who can work both independently and in a team environment, possess excellent communication skills, pay attention to detail, and follow instructions accurately. If you are 18 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have the physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and physical agility.
