Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI, a leading company in the retail industry. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in meeting budget goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic and following instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
