1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The position is full-time, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior and collaboration within a team environment.

• Efficiently organize tasks and execute duties according to company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Physical Demands

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
