Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and more. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, follow instructions, and work efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
