1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM, and various schedule options are available to suit different preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently, fulfilling orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Keep the warehouse clean, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions with attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
