1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet warehouse standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Contribute to process improvements and communicate product quality concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Physical capability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
