Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise and ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Works well independently and in a team.
