1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, participating in warehouse inventory counts, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
