Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-paced environment at Aldi. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth flow of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and a positive attitude.

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
