1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, and various schedule options to suit your needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
