Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise to prepare for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
