Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
