1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading/unloading, cleaning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures.
