Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
