1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-growing team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The average weekly hours are fewer than 30, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
